Prices

£ 50 discount if you book more than one week and for returning customers.

Rental week: Saturday to Saturday.

Electricity is included in the rental price June, July, August & September, charged extra (as per meter reading) October - May inclusive.

The renting price valid at the start of the holiday applies to the whole week.

Refundable security deposit: £150 (inclusive of £15 cleaning fee, if the house is left in need of substantial cleaning).

"La Vieille Forge". A Guide Book, a detailed 62-pages guide to the region of Vijon, with historical and practical information and maps, is available at the price of £3, inclusive of postage and packing.

Payment and Booking Conditions

From the UK : Payment by cheque in pounds sterling.

From overseas : Paypal (with no surcharge despite Paypal charges); payment must be in pound sterling.

From France : Payment in euros by deposit on French bank account.

Booking is only effective upon receipt of the booking deposit (15% of the rental price) and of a signed booking form.

Balance payment and security deposit (£150) are due by 8 weeks prior to the starting date of the holiday (or immediately for late bookings), otherwise the booking will become void and the owners reserve the right to retain the booking deposit.

The holiday can be cancelled at any time before 8 weeks prior to the starting date, but the owners reserve the right to retain the booking deposit.

If the holiday is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the starting date, the owners reserve the right to retain all money received (excluding the security deposit), unless another suitable letting is found for the same period at the same price.
